Tasting notes:

A lovely aromatic and fruity white.

We find notes of peach, pineapple and exotic fruits.

Lots of deliciousness on the palate with the aromas of the nose and a harvest that is as fair as possible for great freshness.

Food and wine pairing:

This generous wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif accompanied by soft cheese.

It goes very well with a fish curry or a raw fish carpaccio.

Service:

Serve at 11-13ºC.

Vineyard, terroir and vinification

Blended with finished Chardonnay (50%) and Muscat (50%) 

The vines are on clay-limestone soils with small pebbles.
