Sarrazine
This vintage has a complex nose of cooked dark fruits, spice, thyme and dried herbs. Full texture with a final length that is carried by mint and smoke. Beautiful balance that is delicately powerful.
Babel
A red wine with a ruby robe and a delicate smell, broad aromatic range of fresh red fruits and spices. The mouth is ample and smooth. An approachable wine at first which reveals great complexity.
Heritage du Levant
A red wine with a purple hue, broad aromatic range of jellied red and black fruits, soft spices, black liquorice, slight smoke. The mouth is ample with fat and round tannins. A lovely vintage.
Saba
A wine with a nose that opens to red and black fruit, even smoky. A mouth with a fine and silky texture on pepper and spiced notes.
Insolite
A red wine with a purple hue, broad aromatic range of jellied red and black fruits, soft spices, black liquorice, slight smoke. The mouth is ample with fat and round tannins. A lovely vintage.
Elzear
The palette of aromas is broad with yellow and exotic fruits and floral and grilled notes. This wine reveals a good balance between roundness, softness, persistence and freshness that are granted through a perfect aging with wood.
Harmattan
In the spirit of the whites of the estate with smoky and salty aromas and notes of white flowers and fruits. The final salinity carries the wine to a long finish. A beautiful expression of terroir.
Arpillus
An aromatic explosion, rich in apricot and exotic fruit notes. Great sweet tastiness in the mouth carried over to the nose. The grapes are harvested at just the right moment for a perfect crispness.
Sorcier
The nose opens on smoky notes (specific to the Deleuze-Rochetin Estate terroir) and acidic citrus. The mouth shares fruity aromas with the nose of the wine in intensity and crispness.
Boheme
A beautiful wine with airy perfumes of red fruits, such as strawberry, white fruits, and candy. The mouth is fresh and juicy, with a delicate touch.
1820
Cherry red color, distinctive nose harmoniously combining jammy red fruits, orange peel and quince jelly. Smoothness and freshness unite remarkably in this unique cuvée.
Alegria
A fresh, lively introduction and fine bubbles with aromas of citrus and grilled hazelnuts. A great deal of purity and smoothness for this méthode traditionnelle.
